It’s why we put so much time, love and effort into making sure these sweet babies continue to be bred. Guiding Mission
At Smoochie Poochie Shih Tzus, we continue to care about our animals long after they leave us. As such, it’s our strict policy to only sell to individuals; we will never sell to pet shops or brokers. We also do Not ship our babies. Delivery is available for some areas for an additional charge. To make sure our animals get the furever home they deserve, we carefully interview & screen all potential owners. Once you have read our “About Adoption with us” Section you will need to fill out a “Consideration” form with the link provided.

Price Range
$500 Non-Refundable Deposit required when pups are 4 weeks of age to hold puppy until pickup. Balance is Due at time of pick up or delivery.
Our puppies are from $1800 to $2500 Price is based on gender, color, size, parentage, uniqueness, as well as growth & development. And will be decided for sure by age of 4 weeks, once puppies have had a chance to develop and be evaluated by the breeder.
Spay/Neuter Agreement
New Addition
All puppy parents will be REQUIRED to have their puppy fixed between ages 6-8 months of age. New parents will be Required to sign a Spay/Neuter Agreement. At Smoochie Poochie, we feel Having your puppy Spay/Neutered is part of overall health and wellness- to prevent accidental & unwanted pregnancies. We feel very strongly about not adding to the over population of unwanted pets.
Health Guarantee
AKC puppies are seen at Most vets FREE of charge for a “new puppy check/new puppy exam”. It is purchasers Responsibility to ask about charges prior to scheduling exam.
All of our puppies will have a Vet Exam before leaving us and come with a 1 year Health Guarantee against major illness from genetic conditions limited to heart, lungs, & kidneys. New puppy parents are REQUIRED to take their new puppy to a VET of Their choice within 24-48 hrs of pickup. A report of vet findings must be forwarded to Charlotte Cline within 7 days of exam to Activate Health Guarantee.
Deposit
Top Seller
A $500.00 Deposit is required, when puppies reach 3-4 weeks of age, to hold puppy. By this time, potential pawrents have had 2-4 weeks to watch puppies grow on live videos and weekly updated photos, so if purchaser changes their mind after deposit is accepted, it is Non-Refundable at that point. If a puppy passes or is deemed defective after deposit is collected, it is 100% refundable. Or a replacement puppy if possible.

FORM Consideration for Adoption
If you HAVE Read our Adoption Section and are interested in one of our puppies being placed with you- please fill out the Consideration FORM and I will contact you as soon as possible to set up a FaceTime so you can see the puppy yr are interested in, as well as the mother live. This will give you a chance to ask any additional questions and for me to further interview you for Consideration.
Thanks for all the tips. This is my first puppy-we have only adopted adult dogs so we can use all the tips. It matters so much that they are wellcared for and loved! These puppies have been lovingly cared for, we can see their home is clean and loving and their parent dogs are healthy. It's worth every penny and I love the videos and photos. You take such good care of your babies and it shows. And you take special care to explain everything to us. It's a huge deal

Claire is a beautiful liver girl with lavender coat. She is a standard Tzu at 14 lbs. She has such a sweet, loving personality. Claire is comical and loves to hang out with her siblings, running outside, & sleeping next to momma. She is a very attentive mommy loving & caring for her babies. Produces beautiful liver & brindle babies.

Black Male Charting 7.5- 8.5 lbs adult wt. He comes microchipped, dewormed, 3 vet exams, conpleyed pupoy vaccinations sets, 1st heart worm treatment, & a puppy pack.
Emerald is very sweet, a big kisser and little fuzzy butt kid who likes to explore but also loves to cuddle in yr lap for belly rubs.

Our Beautiful Liver female with Lavender coat, Claire, gave birth to a gorgeous liver & liver brindle litter of 5 on 9/17/22. Momma & babies are doing excellent.
